Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the watermelon cubes.
In the bowl, add the thinly sliced red onion and fresh mint leaves.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil (if using) over the salad.
Sprinkle black pepper over the top and gently toss everything together.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
Notes
For added crunch, consider adding some chopped walnuts or pecans before serving.
