Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Slice the zucchini into half-moons about 1/4 inch thick.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic.
Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add sliced zucchini, salt, and pepper; cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fold in the fresh basil and remove from heat.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
